The COVID-19 sadly upsets the whole world. We take this very serious and the safety of anyone involved is our priority number one.
There are production and shipping delays caused by COVID-19.

Production is - as it has been since the beginning of the crisis - assured, but it is slowing down, as is the whole industry: it takes on average 5 days longer than usually.

Despite all the efforts we are making, it will still take some time before the processing time returns to normal.

We do our best to answer your questions as fast as possible.

It's a bad time to go through, in a few weeks it'll get better.

Expect a classic style and a comfortable unisex fit. To guarantee that you are 100 % happy with the fit, we recommend you get your favourite t-shit, hoodie or jumper out of your wardrobe and take measurements against the sizes shown in each product discription.

Absolutely, we are glad you asked! Light and Air is convinced that it is possible to create value for everyone in the value chain from production to customer. Even if many capitalists try to tell us that this is not possible.  It is our mission to offer inspiring clothing of the highest quality which are affordable. But most importantly, it is our priority that no one else has to pay the 'real price' for our clothing. We want to build a system in which everyone wins.
We believe that it is a good thing to manufacture in Asia as long as it is done fairly. All our Light and Air collections are made in Bangladesh in GOTS certified factories that are audited by the fair wear foundation. This way, we can ensure a ethical production based on the  following, important eight pillars of the FWF:

2. Freedom of association
3. No Discrimination
4. A living wage
5. Workplace health & Safety 
6. Reasonable work hours 
7. Employment freely chosen

- Global Organic Textile Standard label (GOTS)
- OEKO-TEX Standard 100
- Global Recycled Standard label 
- PETA certified

Our tote bag are even made from recycled organic cotton as part of our zero-waste policy.  

Please note that our hoodies and jumpers contain 15 % recycled polyester (about 4 plastic bottles).

Its's free of dangerous chemicals like PVCs and phthalates. It can also be cleaned up using water and there is no need for harmful solvents. In addition, it soaks into the fabrics, so our designs move and stretch, without cracking or fading with wear.

All our products are printed and fulfilled in Europe. Therefore, we decided to only deliver to the EU and UK for now to reduce transport emissions.

Single-use plastic sucks. That is why we ship all our products 100% plastic-free: products are shipped in eco-friendly recyclable cardboard pouches or, depending on the size, in pouches made of recycled materials.

Even the paper used to print your slips is 100% recycled. Yes, that's not a joke.

All orders over 25,00 GPB include free shipping. For smaller orders below 25,00 GBP there will be a delivery charge of 6,00 GPB. 

As part of our zero-waste policy we print each item with much love to order. That allows us to prevent waste due to overstocking.We will start working on your order right after purchase and we will deliver in approximately 2 weeks.

If your order is marked as 'delivered' but you have yet to receive it, please follow the steps below:

1. Verify that the address you provided is correct
2. Check with your neighbors
3. Contact your local post office

We are an eco-friendly company, and as part of our zero-waste policy we print each item to order and do not operate a large warehouse. Therefore, we are currently not able to accept returns or exchanges. So please double check the size guide before ordering or get in touch with us directly. We are always happy to offer advice on sizing. The only exception is if you have received a damaged or misprinted item.

If you have received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item reach out to us at "contact@lightandairshop.com" with a photo, as well as your order number. We will sort it out :) 

Unfortunately, orders cannot be changed in our system.

You should receive an order confirmation email after you place an order. If you didn't receive one, please:

1. Check your spam folderVerify that the email address you provided with your order is correct

2. If the email you provided was incorrect, please send an email to contact@lightandair.com with the correct address, and we will resent confirmation accordingly

3. If the email address you provided was correct, but you didn't find the order confirmation in your spam folder, please also send an email to contact@lightandair.com and we'll have it resent to you.

Our checkout uses Shopify Payments, Paypal, Apple Pay and Google Pay for 100% secure and safe transactions.
